A walk down memory lane

I’m here in Wales in a place that holds so many happy memories for me. My family holidayed in this small fishing village every year in May... we had the usual mix of British weather - ranging from glorious sunshine to cold, brusque winds and rain. But no matter what, I loved my time here as did my family. It’s funny how our memories can affect us. They can bring back the physical feelings of the happy - the flushed-cheeked warmth of a summer beach day - but they can also hold shadows and fear and resentment, which grow and fester with time.

Often we don’t even realise that it is these particular events that have affected us, but unconsciously those experiences can affect our emotions and behaviours for many years afterwards and can continue to do so unless something is done to counter it. NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming, is a tool to unlock unresolved memories, addressing challenges we have faced in the past, and allowing us to move forward freely by ‘reprogramming’ our minds and resolving the trauma of these memories. In doing this, we find we are able to do things we once thought impossible, making every day magic by resolving phobias, allergies, negative patterns and emotionally traumatic events to live our lives with confidence and empowerment. It’s pretty awesome stuff!
